1. SEND US YOUR PROJECT & SCOPE

  • EMAIL A LINK OR ATTACHMENT TO PROJECTS@TAKEOFFMONKEY.COM
  • UPLOAD TO YOUR MONDAY.COM BID BOARD* (DR CUSTOMERS ONLY)
  • UPLOAD THROUGH OUR WEBSITE
BE SURE TO INCLUDE
  • PDF Drawings: Scaled, PDF construction drawings. Include the entire drawing set for your scope of work, including details, notes, overall, dimensional, etc.
  • Scope of Work: be specific - and be sure that your scope exists within the drawings (don’t make us dig through hundreds of pages for a scope of work not on the project, please!!)
  • Due Date: The date by which you’d like to receive the completed files
  • Notes, style, format: If there are any special instructions or style / format preferences, please let us know!
Once we’ve reviewed your project and added it to our queue, you’ll receive a confirmation email!

3. RECEIVE YOUR COMPLETED PROJECT

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • You’ll receive an email containing a Dropbox link (dedicated resource customers will see a status update & receive a notification in Monday.com as well)
  • Inside the link you will see:
  • Takeoff PDFs: Your marked up, color-coded drawings showing what and where we counted & measured. We will also point out key pieces of information we may find in the materials schedules, details, notes. We will also highlight any quantity discrepancies in the materials schedule, scale issues, or matchline issues if we encounter any.
  • Notes, style, format: If there are any special instructions or style / format preferences, please let us know! Once we’ve reviewed your project and added it to our queue, you’ll receive a confirmation email!
  • Quantity Worksheet: Typically an excel file containing all of your items, associated sizes / notes, quantities and units of measure.
  • Source File; *.osp for OST takeoffs or Bluebeam compatible *.pdf files
  • We’ll point out anything critical in the body of the email too!

4. BILLING/PAYMENT

3 BILLING METHODS TO CHOOSE FROM:

  • PER PAGE: Billed monthly for all projects received within the calendar month, will be charged to credit card or bank account on file. No recurring fees, non-binding agreement, purely pay as you go.
  • CREDIT BLOCK: Buy blocks of (100) or (250) pages at a reduced rate, and use over time
  • DEDICATED RESOURCE(S): the platinum experience - flat monthly rate to accommodate your company’s average volume, desired output, and seasonality on a 12-month contract. Includes personalized Monday.com bid board, design discounts, and much more!
We only bill against pages which have counts & measurements! We will include overalls, details, schedules, etc. in your delivery package with highlights and notes, but we are only billing for pages that have actual counts / measurements!
